How to reset or change my trading account password?
Below are the steps to change your trading account password in the client portal:
1. Log in to your client portal.
2. Click on "account" in the left-hand menu.
3. Navigate to the live account section.
4. Click on the gear icon and select "change password".
5. Fill in the information below:
i. Current password
ii. New password
iii. Confirm new password
6. Click "change password".
If you forget your trading account password, you can reset it anytime through the client portal:
Click on the “forgot password” button. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Please keep in mind that the password for the trading account is different from your client portal password.
Below are the steps to change your trading account password in the Vantage app:
1. Log in to the Vantage app.
2. Tap on "profile" in the menu bar.
3. Select "account and security".
4. Choose "login details".
5. Select the trading account that you want to reset the password.
6. Tap "send now" to receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.
