How do I update my account name and address information?
To keep your account information up-to-date, please follow these steps to update your account name or residential address:
For residential address updates:
- Attach a recent proof of address document that includes your name and new address.
- Make sure the document is clear and dated within the last 6 months.
For account name updates:
- Provide a copy of a valid proof of identity, such as a government-issued ID or passport, ensuring that the documents is not expired.
- Please also provide the document issued by the government as a proof of changing name (if any).
Email the necessary documents from your registered email address to support@vantagemarkets.com.
Note that both proof of identity and proof of residential address should meet the criteria mentioned in the section "What documentation is required to open a live trading account with Vantage?"
