How do I modify my authenticator device when I change my mobile phone?
If you have access to your existing authenticator device and wish to modify or update it, please follow these steps:
Log in to your client portal and navigate to the "profile" tab from the menu.
Select “security management”.
Click “modify” within the “security authenticator app” section.
Enter and verify the OTP from your current authenticator device.
Scan the QR code with the authenticator app on your new device.
Your security authenticator will be successfully updated once the OTP is verified.
If you no longer have access to your existing authenticator device:
We are now support changing/disable your current Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) by verifying your Email address/ Face verification/ Mobile number on Vantage App.
Log in to your Vantage App and navigate to the "profile" tab from below.
Select “security management”.
Click "Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)"
Select "Change Authenticator" or "Disable Authenticator"
Verify your phone number or click "Switch verification" to choose an available verification method for you

If you encounter any trouble when self-service of changing/disabling 2FA, please contact us at support@vantagemarkets.com to request removal of the existing authenticator device manually. In your request, provide the following information:
A selfie holding your proof of identity (POI) with both the front and back sides clearly visible and legible.
Provide another selfie of yourself holding a piece of paper that includes: the word “Vantage” including date in the format: YYYY/MM/DD.
