To ensure you receive verification codes, it’s crucial to keep your contact number up-to-date. If you need to update your contact number, you can do so easily either through a browser on your computer or via the Vantage app on your mobile device.

On the client portal (browser)

1. Log in to the client portal.
2. Click on "profile" in the menu.
3. Select "security management".
4. Click the "modify" button in the phone number section.
5. Click "send code" to receive a verification code at your registered phone number.
6. Enter the verification code you received.
7. Input your new mobile number

On the Vantage app

1. Tap on the profile tab.
2. Select "security" and then choose "Mobile number".
3. Tap Send Code to receive a 6-digit SMS verification code.
4. Enter the verification code to verify.
5. Enter your new phone number and your current password.
