What is my User ID and where can I find it?
Your User ID (UID) is a unique identifier assigned to each account.
You can find it by logging into the Client Portal or the Vantage App:
On Client Portal:
- Login to your account
- Go to your Profile section and your UID will be listed under your username
On Vantage App:
- Login to your account
- Click Profile section on the up-left corner
- The number displayed under your name is your User ID (UID)
