How to Perform an Internal Transfer Between Trading and Funding Accounts
What is Internal Transfer?
An Internal Transfer allows you to move funds freely and instantly between your Trading Account(s) and your Funding Account without leaving the platform.
Step-by-Step Guide to Internal Transfers
1. Access the Transfer Page: Log in to the Client Portal and click Funding→Transfer.
2. Select Direction:
- From: Choose your source account (e.g., Trading Account or Funding Account).
- To: Choose your destination account.
3. Enter Amount: Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
4. Confirm & Transfer: Review the transfer details and click Confirm. Transfers between trading and funding accounts are processed immediately.

Funding Account Internal Transfer Rules & Restrictions
To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and ensure account safety, specific rules apply when making internal transfers within your Funding Account.
1. Fiat Deposit Fund Restrictions
In compliance with platform regulations and fund source management requirements, funds deposited via fiat channels cannot be transferred to your Crypto Funding Account:
- Credit Card / Local Bank Transfer Deposits: Funds deposited via credit card or local bank transfer can only be transferred to your Fiat Funding Account and cannot be moved to your Crypto Funding Account.
- Fiat Channel Deposits: Funds in your trading account that originate from fiat deposit channels (excluding credit card and local bank transfers) can only be transferred to your Fiat Funding Account and can not be transferred to your Crypto Funding Account.
2. Occupied Funds Restriction
Funds currently engaged in any promotions within your trading account are temporarily unavailable for withdrawal or internal transfer.
3. Currency Alignment Restrictions
Internal transfers between Trading Accounts (MT4/MT5/Copy trading) and Funding Accounts must match supported currency pairings.
- Example: If your MT Trading Account base currency is USD, you can only transfer USD (Fiat), USDT or USDC. Any fiat currency in the trading account can be transferred to and from USDT/USDC in Crypto Funding.
