What should I do if my execution price appears incorrect?
If your order was executed at an unexpected price, please follow these steps:
- Check the execution price: Review the actual execution price in your MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 trading history.
- Review the execution time: Check whether your trade occurred during periods of increased market volatility, such as major economic announcements.
- Check for market gaps: Consider whether sudden price movements or market gaps may have affected the execution price.
