How do I make a withdrawal?
Before making any withdrawals, ensure you have sufficient funds in your account. Ongoing trades in the red, a low trading account margin, and other factors may affect your ability to request a withdrawal. Additionally, you can only make the withdrawal once your proof of identity (POI) and proof of address (POA) documents have been successfully verified. To make a withdrawal:
On the client portal
- Log in to the client portal.
- In the client portal, click on "funds" in the menu.
- Select "withdraw".
- Choose the account from which you want to withdraw money.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Select your preferred withdrawal method.
- Provide the required information and click the "submit" button.
On the Vantage app
- Tap on your "profile".
- Tap on "funds".
- Tap on "withdraw".
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
- Select your preferred withdrawal method.
- Tick the disclaimer, then tap on the "arrow" button to proceed.
- Enter the required bank account details, then tap on the "arrow" button to proceed.
Upon approval, your withdrawal request will be processed and accredited to your account, which will take 1-3 business days depending on your selected withdrawal method and bank’s processing time.
