How can I remove credit from my trading account?
To remove credit, please follow these steps through your client portal:
Step 1: Log in to your client portal and navigate to the "accounts" tab.
Step 2: Select the trading account from which you wish to remove credit.
Step 3: Click the "gear" symbol.
Step 4: Select "remove credit(s)".
Please be aware that we cannot process credit removal requests on your behalf.
