How to open a V-Wallet on the client portal?
Opening a V-Wallet is a straightforward process and depends on whether you are a new or existing client.
For new clients
- A V-Wallet is automatically opened when your trading account is activated.
For existing clients
- A V-Wallet is automatically opened when you create an additional trading account.
- Clients can also apply for a V-Wallet manually through the V-Wallet section in the client portal.
Note: The V-Wallet feature may not be available in all regions. You can check your client portal to confirm its availability.
