INR Payment Failed but Money Deducted
If your INR deposit status shows as Failed but funds were deducted from your bank or UPI account, submit an INR Deposit Appeal. Once submitted, the finance team will verify the payment and credit the funds to your trading account.
Why Did This Happen?
- Unmatched Name: The bank account name used does not match the name on your Vantage profile. (Note: Third-party payments are not accepted).
- Missing Details: The sender/taker name was left blank during checkout.
- Amount Mismatch: The transferred amount differed from the original order amount.
- Processing Delays: Temporary delays in payment channel verification.
How to Appeal
- Access the INR Deposit Appeal Form or go to Profile > Funds > Transaction History in the Vantage App / Client Portal. Appeal Form: Deposit > Click here
Withdrawal> Click here
- Select your failed order and click Appeal.
- Fill in your account details, Deposit Order Number, and exact deposit amount.
- Upload a clear payment receipt clearly displaying the UTR/RRN number and click Submit.
Expected Outcome
After submitting your appeal, the Finance team will review your records. Once verified, your order status will update to Succeeded, and funds will be credited to your account. You will receive an email notification upon completion.
